I am also pretty experienced in Garry's Mod to know what I'm doing when on Staff. I am almost always semi serious and completely serious if needed I will do the best of the best for the server, It's Community and the Republic Commando's. I will dedicate my full Focus and hard work on the server as a whole and the Community. I will make the Community a Better Place then it Already is. I know the responsibilities of a Staff Member and how to uphold them and I will go to any Length to make sure I can do my job as Staff Properly and to the best of my abilities. I am good at talking to people, I can put myself in their Shoes and help me understand their situations better. That is some of the main reasons Why I should be trusted. I should also be trusted as I have Played Garry's Mod for long enough to know how it feels to get a staff position and such. What do you do? Pull him to a staff room, Talk to them. Check Logs to see how many people he killed/shot and go from there, If i feel a warn is needed Ill warn them But ill most likely give them a firm verbal warning first.
